As per the Code of Conduct and Procedures of disclosure of UPSi the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 2nd April 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31 2019 for all designated persons their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the said Code.
