Engineers India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 19, 2014 to August 28, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 28, 2014.
Further, the final dividend for the financial year 2013-2014 on the equity shares of the company shall be payable on & from September 02, 2014, If declared, at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on August 28, 2014. The Dividend warrants would be posted on or after September 02, 2014 and within the prescribed period.
