Velan Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 201 5, the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Regulation shall remain closed from May 20, 2016 till May 29, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of adoption of Audited Financial Results of the Company.
