Gillette India Ltd has informed BSE about the following:
1. Mr. S. K. Poddar, Chairman of the Company has tendered his resignation as Director of the Company w.e.f. December 26, 2013 vide his email dated December 26, 2013,
2. Mr. Akshay Poddar, Director of the Company has tendered his resignation as Director of the Company w.e.f. December 27, 2013 vide his email dated December 25, 2013.
Further the Company has informed that, the said resignations shall be tabled at the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which has been scheduled to be held on January 08, 2014.
