K.P.R. Mill Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 25, 2013, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs 4/- per share (40%) for the year 2013-14. The Dividend will be despatched to the entitled Shareholders on November 13, 2013.
