This is to inform you that the Buyback Committee (constituted by the Board of Directors on June 06, 2017), at its meeting held on July 21, 2017 has approved Tuesday, August 08, 2017 to be the Record Date for determining the entitlement and the names of the Equity Shareholders, to whom the Letter of Offer will be sent and will be eligible to participate in the buyback of not exceeding 10,20,408 (Ten Lakhs Twenty Thousand Four Hundred And Eight Only) fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each from all the existing shareholders/beneficial owners of equity shares of the Company for a price of Rs. 4,900 (Rupees Four Thousand Nine Hundred Only) per share payable in cash for an aggregate amount of Rs.499,99,99,200 (Rupees Four Hundred Ninety Nine Crores Ninety Nine Lakhs Ninety Nine Thousand and Two Hundred Only).
