The Committee inter alia has transacted the following businesses:
1. Considered and approved the conversion of 1,00,000 Warrants held by Isha Chaturvedi (Non Promoter) into equivalent number of Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
2. Considered and approved the conversion of 1,00,000 Warrants held by Aditya Chaturvedi (Non Promoter) into equivalent number of Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
3. Considered and approved the conversion of 1,00,000 Warrants held by Rita Chaturvedi (Non Promoter) into equivalent number of Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
4. Considered and approved the conversion of 50,000 Warrants held by Neil Ostwal (Non Promoter) into equivalent number of Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
5. Considered and approved the conversion of 1,50,000 Warrants held by Kishor Ostwal (Non Promoter) into equivalent number of Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
