Hindustan Composites Ltd has informed BSE that the Company applied for voluntary delisting of its Equity Shares from The Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Ltd (CSE) and the same has been approved w.e.f. August 27, 2013. Henceforth, the Equity Shares of the Company remain listed on BSE Ltd and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
