ITD Cementation India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has reappointed Karvy Computershare Private Limited as Registrars and Share Transfer Agents of the Company both for physical and demat mode for a further period of two years with effect from April 01, 2015 on the same terms and conditions as given in the earlier Agreement dated February 02, 2009.
