Members are hereby informed that the M/s. JMD Medicos Limited, Subsidiary of M/s. JMD Ventures Limited has entered into strategic agreement with M/s. Neolab Biotech Industries, a proprietorship firm for an investment of Rs. 100.00 Lakh into the Company with a profit sharing to the extent of 95% of net profit of said firm.
M/s. Neolab Biotech Industries is into the business of ayurvedic medicine production was a supplier to the Company prior to entering into the agreement.
