Pursuant to Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 our company is not required to submit "Disclosure of Related Party Transaction on a consolidated basis" as required under Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 as the Paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company is not exceeding Rs. 10.00 Crore and Net Worth not exceeding Rs. 25.00 Crore as on last day of Financial Year 31.03.2024.
