Manba Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/10/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Manba Finance Limited had informed that the Board Meeting is scheduled to be held on October 27 2026 inter alia to consider and approve i. the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the quarter ended September 30 2026 ii. declaration of second interim dividend for FY2026-27. At the said meeting the Board shall further consider the fixing of Record date for the second interim dividend and approval of the fresh issuance upto Rs. 200 crore on private placement basis.
