Emgee Cables & Communications Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 26, 2016, inter alia, to allot 25,00,000 (Twenty Five Lac) - 8% Cumulative Preference Shares (CPS) of Rs. 10/-each to promoters on private placement basis.
Further in accordance with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors and designated personnel of the Company from August 18, 2016 till August 28, 2016 (both days inclusive).
