Moving Picture Company (India): Board Meeting Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window

Moving Picture Company India Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, to consider the unaudited financial results for the Half year Quarter ended September 30, 2016.

Further, pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of M/s. Moving Picture Company (India) Limited, Company has informed all the 'Connected persons', 'Directors' and 'Concerned persons' that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from November 06, 2016 from 6:00 PM and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on November 14, 2016.
