This is in further to our disclosure dated 9th February 2023 regarding disinvestment of 100% Equity stake/investment held in its wholly owned subsidiary company viz. Grip Polymers Limited (GPL). Now the disposal/sale is completed on 21st March 2023 by 1. Transfer of Equity shares of GRP Limited in Grip Polymers Limited (GPL) to Santosh Jadhav and family in the Board meeting of GPL held on 21st March 2023. 2. Representative Directors of GRP Limited Rajendra V. Gandhi Harsh R. Gandhi and Nayna R. Gandhi have resigned from the Board of Directors of GPL with effect from the close of business hours of 21st March 2023. With this transaction Grip Polymers Limited is no more a Subsidiary of GRP Limited.
