We would like to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday 14th February 2019 inter-alia to Consider and approve declaration of interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2018-19.
The Company has fixed Saturday the 23rd February 2019 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend on Equity Shares if declared by the Board.
