1. To receive, consider and approve the Audited Annual Accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 including that of for three months period ended March 31, 2015.
2. To approve appointment of Mr. Prakash Chandra Kejriwal as Chief Financial Officer of the Company in replacement to Mr. Vikas Jain who has since resigned.
