In view of the resignation of existing CFO - Mr. Pradeep Mehta the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. 23rd June 2025 approved the appointment of Mr. Rakesh H. Mehta currently working as Finance consultant as the CFO for an interim period effective from 26th July 2025 till the another CFO join the office and is assigned the roles and responsibilities.
