Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company and the Board has considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Punit Beriwala as Chief Executive Officer of the Company w.e.f. May 13 2020.The Board also re-designated Mr. Punit Beriwala as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
