The Exchange had sought clarification from HMT Ltd with respect to news article appearing in Free Press Journal on February 1, 2016 titled 'Leyland puts German arm Albonair for sale to cut debt'
HMT Ltd replied stating 'We would like to inform you that the Company has not received any communication from the Administrative Ministry. On receipt of the same we will send clarification/information to the Exchange.'
