Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 Shiv Texchem Limited ("the Company") informs that the Company has received Letter of Acceptance from Innovative Resins Pvt Ltd ("the Authority") dated July 04 2025 for the Supply of Styrene Monomer. ("Contract") The cost of the Contract is Rs. 4 21 26 000 (Four Crores Twenty One Lakh Twenty Six Thousand Rupees).
