In terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, it is hereby informed that India Ratings & Research Private Limited [Fitch Group] ( Rating Agency) has revised rating of the Companys Long term Bank Facilities from IND A- ( Outlook: Stable) to IND A+; Stable (Outlook: Stable).
It is further informed that short term rating assigned to Short term Bank Facilities has been reaffirmed at IND A1 (A One).
