Alembic Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on August 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015.
Further, the trading window shall remain closed from August 09, 2015 to August 14, 2015 for the above purpose.
