Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are hereby enclosing the Unaudited Financial Results (UFR) based on IND-AS for the quarter ended September 30, 2018 as recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their respective meetings held today, i.e. 14th November, 2018. Further, the Auditors have issued an unqualified Limited Review Report for the quarterly results.
The Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 5:00 P.M. and concluded at 6:00 P.M.
