PG Foils Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider & approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2014.
Further, in terms of the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees shall remain closed from August 07, 2014 to August 14, 2014 (both days inclusive).
