In reference to the BSE Circular dated 02.04.2019 bearing Ref. No. LIST/COMP/01 /2019-20 and in Compliance of the provisions of SEBl (Prohibition of lnsider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and Code of the Company the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company for the Directors Designated Persons & their relatives including all insiders and "the connected persons" with the Company shall remain closed for the purpose of consideration of Annual Audited Financial Results for the Financial year ended 31st March 2019 with immediate effect till 48 hours after the announcement of the annual Audited Financial Results.
