Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we have to inform that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of HT Media Limited (HTML) vide resolution passed today i.e. 31st March 2021 has granted Options under the HTML Employee Stock Option Scheme 2009 as per details mentioned in Annexure - A.
