Prism Informatics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of Company will be held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for half year ended September 30, 2015.
Further, pursuant to provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and as per the terms of ?Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading? of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from October 30, 2015 to November 07, 2015 (Both days Inclusive) and shall reopen on November 09, 2015 for Directors and Designated employee as defined in the code.
