1. Mr. Dildeep Singh Sethi, Managing Director of the Company has tendered his resignation on June 21, 2013, from the position of Managing Directors of the Company effective from June 30, 2013 & his resignation accepted by the Board.
2. Mr. Upendra dutt Tripathi - Additional Director in a Company is appointed as Managing Directors of the Company with effect from July 01, 2013.
