With reference to the Increase in Price, Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd has clarified to BSE as under:
'We would like to inform you that the Company is not aware about the reason for increase in price of share of the Company. The Company has neither proposed nor is contemplating any acquisition or merger or issue of fresh shares, or otherwise, that has led to a surge in the share price.
We have informed, and will continue to inform, the stock exchanges of all the events, information etc as per clauses of listing agreement regarding operation/performance of the company which include all price sensitive information, etc.'
