Sub: Outcome of Board Meeting & Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the
Quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2017
1.The Board of Directors (Board) of the Company met today, the 9th February 2018 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company (both standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2017. A copy of the approved unaudited financial results is enclosed herewith. Also please find enclosed press release being issued by the Company in this regard. 2.The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 01.30 PM & concluded at 07.35 PM 3.The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board at their meeting held today allotted 5,400 equity shares of Rs.2/- each to the eligible employees under the prevailing ESOP Scheme of the Company.
