Geometric Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 27, 2015, inter alia, has:
- Approved allotment of 135,028 (one lakh thirty five thousand twenty eight only) Equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on the exercise of vested stock options under the ESOP Scheme 2011 and ESOP Scheme 2013 - Employees.
