Megri Soft Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors which had been scheduled to be held on May 28, 2016, has been commenced on May 28, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. But one director out of the quorum was not feeling well so could not be able to attend the meeting. So in the absence of requisite quorum, the meeting has been adjourned and will now be continued on May 30, 2016 inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company along with Auditors Report for the Quarter / Financial Year ended March 31, 2016 at S.C.O. 80, Sector 47-D, Chandigarh-160 047 at 5:00 p.m.
