if the management change their goalpost At the time of IPO, they said that, we will use this money for XYZ thing,

and once the IPO is over and then next 6 months to 1 year, they change their goalpost and start using these proceeds for  something else

Then, second, if there is any corporate governance issue, if there is any negative news of the sector of that particular company, we will definitely exit that stock If our price target has already been achieved,

because we have seen in IPO, there are some IPOs where prices move much ahead of the fundamentals and if the price is already in our target zone,

then definitely we will exit The most important will be if I get another big or better opportunity, then obviously I will replace my existing stock with that better opportunity, either because of valuation or, growth prospect
