Delhi-NCR's real estate landscape is getting a long-overdue makeover. As per Anarock, 29 of the 83 land deals across top Indian cities happened in Delhi-NCR in FY24.
While big organised players like Godrej Properties, Prestige Estates, and DLF are gearing up, small-cap newcomer Max Estates is eyeing to reap most gains from the industry revival.
Instead of going on a land purchasing spree, Max Estates is playing it smart. It is reviving distressed projects at higher than average rental yields, and targeting the premium housing segment.
Max Estates has partnered with New York Life Insurance, which has invested Rs 1,200 crore in its projects since 2017. Additionally, it has a Rs 800 crore fund-raise in the pipeline.
Despite the solid prospects, its tricky valuation, recent losses and threat of project delays are key risks. You can read them in detail in our latest issue of Wealth Insight. Subscribe from the link below.
