Reliance MF schemes to merge with Goldman Sachs MF schemes

Goldman Sachs Mutual Fund has 12 schemes and pursuant to the proposed transaction it is intended that Goldman Sachs Trustee Company (India) Pvt. Ltd. would hand over the right to manage the schemes to reliance Nippon Life Asset Management Limited. The aforementioned transaction will take course in 3 steps:

A) Merger of certain schemes of Reliance MF with certain schemes transferred to Reliance MF. It is proposed to merge the following schemes:

B) Merger of certain schemes transferred to Reliance MF, with certain existing schemes of Reliance MF

C) Change in the Fundamental attributes of Reliance Gold Savings Fund

Consequent to the merger of R* Shares Gold ETF with Goldman Sachs Gold Exchange Traded Scheme, it is proposed to change fundamental attributes of of the Reliance Gold savings Fund.
Subsequent to the merger the investment objective of the scheme will be changed to provide returns that closely correspond to returns provided by R* Shares Gold BeEs.

The exit option period, without payment of exit load, will be available to the investors from September 15, 2016 to October 14, 2016.
