This is to inform you that in terms of Code of Conduct pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended read with BSE Circular: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April 2019 the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday 1st January 2020 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2019 to the Stock Exchange.
The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31 2019 will be informed in due course.
