Infronics Systems: Closure of Trading Window

We wish to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for all directors/officers/designated persons will remain closed from Wednesday January 01 2025 for the purpose of consideration of Standalone unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending December 31 2024. The Trading window will open 48 (forty eight) hours after the declaration of the above information to the stock exchange. The date of Board Meeting to consider the Financial Results for the quarter ending December 31 2024 will be intimated separately.
