Marsons: Closure of Trading Window

Please note that pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI (PIT) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and in compliance with companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report Insider Trading the window for dealing in shares of the company for all designated persons and immediate relatives will remain closed from 1st January 2025 till 48 hours from the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2024.
