Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended & Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in securities/shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s) from 01st January 2023 to 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2022.The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2022 will be intimated separately in due course.
