Kilburn Office Automation: Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)-Public Announcement

This is to intimate you that Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process has commenced against Kilburn Office Automation Limited (Corporate Debtor) under Section 10 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code 2016 (IBC 2016) read with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations 2016 by an order of Honble National Company Law Tribunal under C.P (IB) No.113/KB/2022 with effect from November 2 2022 and appointed Mr. Kamal Nayan Jain as Interim Resolution Professional. Public Announcement for the commencement of CIRP has been done in Business Standard and Ekdin on 5th November 2022.
