Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the said Regulations and other applicable rules and regulations if any this is to intimate that the Company has on March 14 2023 received a letter from Mr. Venkatesh Kasturirangan (DIN: 00804869) tendering resignation as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours on March 31 2023 (IST) as per reason elaborated in the letter attached. The Board has taken note of Mr. Kasturirangans resignation and placed on record its appreciation for services rendered by him during his tenure.Mr. Kasturirangan has confirmed that there are no other material reasons other than those mentioned in the attached letter for his resignation as the Independent Director of the Company.
