Cupid Trades & Finance: Closure of Trading Window

In Compliance with SEBI(PIT)Regulation 2015 the trading window shall remain close for trading in securities by the designated person and their immediate relative with effect from April 01 2025 until 48 hours after declaration of audited financial result for the quarter and year ended March 31 2025.
