Pursuant to Regulation 30 we would like to inform that Sri Arvind Sadashiv Mokashi DIN-09305967 has resigned as Non-Executive Independent Director and automatically ceases to be a member of Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Chairperson of Stakeholders Relationship Committee w.e.f. 25/12/2024.Sri Santosh Kumar Agarwal has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer w.e.f. 01/01/2025.
