Patel Integrated Logistics: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to clause 4 of the Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 and Companys code of conduct we wish to inform you that the Trading Window of the company will remain close for dealing in the companys shares for all the Board members and designated employees and specified person and their respective dependent family members from 1st April 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025.
