Kajaria Ceramics: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Updates on Acquisition

Pursuant to the provisions of Listing Regulations and in continuation of our letter dated February 4 2025 we wish to inform you that the Company has acquired 75% equity shares (i.e. 7500 equity shares) of Kajaria Adhesive Private Limited today and consequently KAPL has become a subsidiary of the Company
