This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and as per the Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information of the Company (Companys Code) the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company by its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from January 01 2023 until 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2022.
