In terms of trading restrictions placed by the Companys Code of Conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of trading by Designated Persons formulated in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from Friday July 01 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the first quarter ending June 30 2022.
