Tierra Agrotech: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Scheme of Arrangement

We wish to inform you that the Regional Director South east Region South East Region Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide its Confirmation order dated February 11 2025 received on February 12 2025 approved the Scheme of amalgamation of Tierra seed Science private limited (Transferor Company) with Tierra Agrotech Limited ( Transferee Company). Please find the copy of Order along with copy of approved scheme of Amalgamation.
