The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company by way of circular resolution has allotted 1 95 055 equity shares to the employees upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Options Schemes of the Company.
Upon allotment the equity base of the Company stand increased from 8 74 03 924 to 8 75 98 979 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
